Comments
Piper introduced the Seneca III in 1981 which included the engine upgrade to the Continental TSIO-360-KB that increased horsepower from 200 to 220 for five minutes (and then dropping back to 200 hp) that improved climb and cruise performance. The new aircraft also incorporated a one-piece windshield and a bare metal instrument panel instead of one covered with a removable plastic fascia. Because of the raised zero-fuel weight and the raised maximum take-off weight, the Seneca III has the highest useful load of all the PA-34 variants.  The Seneca III’s gross weight was also increased to 4,750 lbs for takeoff and 4,513 lbs for landing.

This Seneca has been upgraded with a Garmin glass panel.  The engines run strong and it’s priced to sell.
